Who can join the service?
The Vahvistus.fi expert database lists experts who can help develop software solutions and who have at least 5 years of work experience in their field. For example, you can be a coder, project manager, data analyst, service designer or UX/UI designer. You must be able to invoice your work as a company or through an invoicing service.
How does this platform operate?
When you join Vahvistus, you’ll receive by email a username and password to a CV-bank. That is where you can edit information shown in your Vahvistus-profile and on the Vahvistus.fi service. This is how everything works:
- When you join Vahvistus you can book a time for a telephone call. During that call you can share with our sales professional your wishes concerning your career steps and next projects.
- New projects can become available in two ways. 1) A potential customer sees your profile on Vahvistus and contacts us directly or 2) Our sales team gets information about new projects and searches for suitable candidates. We will inform you about searches via email or phone.
- We’ll help you with negotiating and making the contracts, marketing and updating your profile. We’ll inform you via email if there are some significant changes in the service we provide.
- You can choose to receive information about new projects, including ones that don't directly match your profile. If you find us a suitable candidate and they get chosen for a project via Vahvistus, then you'll receive a reward. The reward is 300 euros for finding a freelancer and 3000 euros for hiring a new employee for Sysart.
How much does the service cost and how is pricing determined?
As a listed expert, your profile will appear on the service free of charge. If you receive a customer contact through the service, you as the expert get to decide whether to accept the assignment. We offer a transparent fee structure and fair bonuses.
You as the expert set your own hourly fee, on top of which Sysart's 10 €/h commission is added. The commission is charged to customers who, through the service, hire an expert consultant for their project. Customers are invoiced once a month based on the number of hours worked. Payments to freelancers and partners are based on the number of hours worked each month.

How will joining the service benefit me?
- By helping you with your marketing and sales, you can focus on your own area of expertise. We plan to invest significantly in marketing this service over the next 12 months.
- This service offers you as an expert free visibility and helps you find suitable projects and customer relationships. It also provides access to a larger pool of customers. As an expert, you decide which search criteria you want to use to help customers find you. Your profile will always be displayed if it matches the customer's search criteria.
- We make fair agreements on your behalf. By joining the service, you do not commit yourself to anything. You can still sell your services directly or through other channels.
- Sysart's customers sometimes have needs that we cannot meet without the help of a broad network of partners, which is why we are keen to expand our network. By collaborating with us, you can work together with our expert team and access bigger projects than you could by offering your services alone.
